Complex Trauma & PTSD

~ Do you ever feel suddenly panicked, defeated, frozen?

~ Do you ever feel like you're a child in an adult's costume?

~ Do you often struggle with feeling guarded, empty, or unworthy?

These are often signs of trauma. Certain events and upbringings can erode your sense of safety, trust, self-worth, belonging, and sovereignty.

Abuse, parental emotional absence and neglect, childhood bullying or rejection, accidents, health crises, divorce, or repeated misattunement or implicit messages of judgment are some of the ways that trauma can occur.

My specialities include complex childhood trauma including preverbal. I help people gain clarity on how some of the mental, emotional, and physical patterns present currently may be linked with past patterns - and engage in practices to help to smooth these out, break free, and shift into new horizons. EMDR is often useful in this process.‚

You will walk away with a clear, felt sense that "that was then, and this is now." You are not constantly getting pulled back by old reactive patterns. You will be able to breathe, move, and think more easily throughout the day and night. Little by little, you will come to trust yourself - your nervous system, your perceptions, your instincts, and your judgments.

Let's experience deep and lasting shifts‚ moving from surviving to thriving.
